For my local readers, the Portsmouth Daily Times is starting a daily Hot Deal similar to Groupon. They will post a new local deal everyday on their website here. You can also sign up to have them emailed to you everyday. The deals will be posted everday at midnight & will remain for 24 hours. There are a limited number of coupons available.
