I found this on Hip2Save. People have reported finding these cute little U by Kotex holders (filled with 4 pads or tampons) for just $1 at Kroger. There is a $1/1 coupon here, a $1/1 coupon in the APril All You Magazine & also a $1/1 coupon in the 4/18 Smart Source insert. All of these coupons will make these FREE!
Some people found these in the femine care aisle & others found these in a display case by the medicine.
